Ageing Factors of Aluminum Composite Panels and Aluminum plate Curtain Wall

1.  Contamination

The common contamination of Aluminum plate & Aluminum Composite Panels Curtain Wall is caused by acid rain, stains which generated by artificial irregularities acid cleaning, and paintwork weather aging.

2.  Product Description

(1) Aluminum plate Curtain Wall normally means the surface of Single - Skin Aluminum, Aluminum Composite Panels and Aluminum Honeycomb Panels which are treated by high temperature baking paint. As the exterior wall of a building, it will be gradually attached to a large amount of stains after using for some time due to air pollution (automobile exhaust and air pollutants in industrial area) and the combined action of dust and acid rain, which will affect the appearance of the building. And the pollutants contain acidic substances which can lead to the erosion of the paint film on the aluminum plate surface. Dust which containing a large amount of organic pollutants and the flow of acid rain cause the stains to adhere to the aluminum plate easily. It becomes difficult to clean once the pollution comes into being.

After improper cleaning, somewhere of the aluminum plate curtain wall become cleaner, somewhere dirtier. The facades of curtain wall will appear large area of flooding and color phenomenon.

Special Paint for Aluminum Plate Recondition (curing at room temperature)

1.  Introduction:
This product is two - component coating composed of super weather resistant resin imports from abroad and high quality pigment and filler, which can effectively prevent a variety of chemical corrosion medium from damaging the grass-root and has long service life. It applies to outdoor aluminum alloy, aluminum profiles, and decorates protective coatings.

2.  Product Characteristics

Super adhesion, high hardness, easy to clean, good color retention; weather resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, self-cleaning; more than 20 years’ service life.

3.  Qualification

Washability>20000times

Change Color Construction Technology of Aluminum Plate & Aluminum Composite Panels

Technics based on chalking grade of aluminum veneer’s original coating and original painting process:

1.  Physical grinding: (be applicable to chalking grade of Curtain Wall ≤ level3.) Using polishing tools make the surface of being coated polished rough and uniform strength during the whole process of polishing, and no missed play. Cannot puncture the original coating.

As it has been painted two times, the building begun to peel. According to the construction requirements, paint stripping treatment is needed. (using epoxy paint remover do whole surface coating and grinding thoroughly with angle grinder after the paint is softened or dry from the skin.)

2. Treatments of diving joint: Clear all original seam silicone (Clearing fee is calculated separately) or using paste to protect it.

3. Seal grassroots: Using high adhesion penetration primer to close the pores of the original coating, precipitate and so on.

4. Top coat spraying: Spray the surface twice evenly.

5. Treatments of diving joint: Re-plastic protection (or do clear-up)
